Car Enthusiasts Raising Money For Children’s Charities Through Dream Rides® And Events

Sporting Bears Dream Rides® are organised by the club and run by club members with help from friends, all unpaid volunteers.

Exotic cars are obvious favourites but a wide range of vehicles always proves popular from exotics, sports, and classics, through muscle, replica and kits to vintage.

For the passengers

Your chance to take a ten mile passenger ride in the car of your dreams simply for a donation to charity.

The driver is usually the private owner who is donating their car and time for free. ALL the money you donate goes to children’s charities in the UK.

The “Bears”, as we are affectionately known, are a dedicated group of classic car and sports car enthusiasts with the primary aim – to raise money for children’s charities through our own social, Dream Rides® and touring events, and to support other charitable events. It is to the club’s credit that annual subscriptions support the club overheads thus allowing all monies raised from Dream Rides® and other events to be directed towards the selected charities. Since the Club was formed in 1989 we have been very active and have raised over £3,000,000 for children’s charities in the UK.

What a year 2022 was.

• We passed £3million in donations.

• We have had our best single year raising just over £300K.

• We have increased our following and partnerships.

• We have welcomed new members.
