Simon and Katie jump 15,000ft for #Willdoes

On 11 June 2022 Simon and his daughter Katie Fry did a skydive for #Willdoes.

On arriving at Go Skydive early on the Saturday morning the weather was perfect , they had booked for the 10,000 ft jump but on the day they changed their mind and decided to jump 15,000 ft (3 miles)!

Simon told us that, “Free falling from that height at 125mph for 60 seconds was an amazing feeling and certainly an adrenaline rush”.

“We chose #Willdoes as this is a cause that is becoming ever more apparent in young peoples day to day lives.”

“As a parent I think it is important they know that there is help out there”.

They have so far raised a whopping £2500 for #Willdoes from sponsorship, the bingo evening they held and the very kind donation from their local pub, Three Horseshoes Inn, Powerstock, from their quiz night they held on their behalf.

This is an amazing amount raised for #Willdoes and have been told that the amount is still rising. Thank you to everyones generosity and a big thank you to Simon and Katie for supporting us. What an exciting challenge for you.
